1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "General Conditions") govern the sale of products marketed by the aforementioned company, (hereinafter the "Seller") using remote communication technology (via the Internet).
All contracts for the purchase of products concluded through the site mentioned above (henceforth generically defined as the "site") following the procedures indicated therein (on-line), between the Seller and the buyers (hereinafter the "Customers" ), will be governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part thereof.
2. Procedure for the conclusion of the contract
The purchase (order) is formulated by the customer at the time the form containing the characteristics of the requested goods is sent, the price, the chosen payment method and the delivery terms (order form) described in art. 5.
Once the order form has been definitively sent, a summary page of the order is displayed and an e-mail confirming receipt of the order containing all the information necessary to complete the purchase is sent.
3. Prices and payment terms

5. Transport and Delivery
The Products are delivered in the terms and in the manner specified on the site, as determined by the Customer at the time the order is sent.

Transportation costs are shown on the order summary page only in the case of deliveries within the Italian borders.
If the purchase order provides for the transport of the goods outside the Italian borders, the shipping costs will vary according to the geographical area of ​​delivery, the weight, the volume and the total value of the goods.
The delivery terms indicated in the transport conditions of the site are not binding either for Italy or abroad.

7. Right of withdrawal

The Seller reserves the right to request, for other goods not attributable to the categories mentioned above, the explicit renunciation of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by consumers who purchase with a receipt and not with an invoice and VAT number and for whom the use of the asset is not part of the professional activity, as the law applies only to non-professional users.
8. Limitations of liability
Without prejudice to the hypothesis of malice or gross negligence of the Seller, it is now agreed that, should the Seller be held liable for any reason against the Customer - including the case of total or partial non-fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the Seller. Seller towards the Customer due to the execution of an order - the Seller's responsibility cannot be higher than the price of the Products purchased by the Customer and for which the dispute arose.
The Seller's liability for delivery delays cannot exceed the amount of shipping costs incurred by the Customer.
9. Customer's obligations
The Customer undertakes, once the purchase procedure provided for in this site has been completed, to print and keep the present general conditions, and the information contained in the site itself in the area dedicated to information on how to purchase, pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/99.

10. Protection of personal data

The consent to the processing of data provided by the Customer for the purposes related to the execution of the purchase is obligatory and is therefore automatically conferred with the sending of the purchase order.
11. Jurisdiction and applicable law
Any dispute regarding the application, execution, interpretation and violation of purchase contracts stipulated "on line" through this site is subject to Italian jurisdiction. These general conditions are governed by Italian law and are reported, although not expressly provided therein, to Legislative Decree no. 50/92 and Legislative Decree no. 185/99.
12. Jurisdiction
Any dispute that may arise in relation to the contracts governed by these General Conditions or that was in any case connected with them, will be devolved to the Court of Sassari
Important note: This revision of the General Conditions, ie the one in effect at the time of the Customer's signing of the order, will govern this order; the Customer is therefore requested to print and keep a copy of these Conditions for future reference.
